Order confirmation via email does not constitute final acceptance until the order is dispatched.

We strive to ensure all descriptions, imagery, measurements, and pricing are accurate. However, typographical errors, photography color variations, or stock inaccuracies may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from incorrect pricing or stock representation and will issue a full refund in such cases.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions and all transaction relations shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
