Orders can be cancelled by the customer within 24 hours of order placement, provided they have not yet been packed or shipped.
Prepaid orders will receive a full refund to the original payment method — no gateway fee is deducted.
COD orders can be cancelled free of charge within the 24-hour window directly from the user dashboard.
