Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping across India on all prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders with a total value of ₹1,000 or above. A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹1,000.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available only on domestic orders with a minimum order value of ₹5,000. Orders below ₹5,000 are not eligible for COD and must be paid online via prepaid methods (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Netbanking, or Wallet).

International Shipping

International shipping is currently not available. We ship exclusively within India at this time. International availability may be added in the future — please check back or contact us at support@aelvori.in for updates.

Dispatch Timelines

Our garments are meticulously designed and crafted. Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days from the date of order confirmation. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Order Delays & Seasonality

An additional delay of 2 to 3 working days may occur during peak festive seasons, rigorous quality inspections, production setbacks, custom vendor delays, logistics/courier partner disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.

If your order is delayed, our support desk will update your timeline with a specific reason and new expected dispatch dates. You can track these updates inside your customer orders portal.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipment tracking details. You can track your order at any time via the Order Tracking page or from your account dashboard under My Orders.

Liability Disclaimer

AELVORI ATELIER (OPC) Private Limited will make reasonable efforts to fulfill and dispatch orders within communicated timelines. However, the company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, damages, or expenses arising solely due to dispatch or delivery delays.
